Official Harlan County criminal-record requests belong with the government office that created or keeps the document. This private site cannot provide records, but the contacts below route court files to the Harlan Circuit Court Clerk, deputy reports to the Sheriff, current booking questions to the detention center, and statewide identity records to Kentucky State Police.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated reference site cannot retrieve or correct a criminal record, perform an official check, or receive an expungement filing. Contact the responsible public office.
